The Day after...

Here's the view from our room. We had an excellent night, although I don't think Liz was too taken with Nando's.. We're gonna head down for breakfast now. Yum!!

Dog show 2008

Last weekend (13th September) and here's Laura at Burghills top dog show! It was a good turnout and the weather was gorgeous (for a change!) Unfortunately we didn't win anything, but Laura enjoyed it! Plus they had a good laugh on the model train...

Another bloody crash.. Look where you're going..!?

I've been off the road for exactly a week now, following my 'crash'. Fortunately the bike was unhurt. I came off worse.

I didn't think I'd feel this crap but it's surprising how regular exercise makes you feel better and lack of it doesn't. I'm still aching a bit but what ever happens I've gotta get back on the bike asap..
